1. FAQ: Do I need to program any of the Panel or Product?
1. All our products are USB plug-n-play; no additional programming is required for using any of the products. Once the product is connected to your laptop/PC, it is connected as a USB Game Controller, you can go to your flight simulator or game's control setting window and assign the keys and bindings from the in-game setup.



2. FAQ: Which all simulators are supported for IFS India Products?
1. FSX, FSX Steam Edition, Prepare3D, Xplane, DCS World, FGFS & many more. Any simulator or aircraft addon which supports USB HID controller is 100% compatible with our hardware.



3. FAQ: Are IFS India products compatible with iOS, Android & Linux?
1. All our products are 100% tested for use with Windows Operating System (all versions right from XP to Windows latest version), however many of our customers have reported that our products also work with iOS and Android devices. We have not tested it on Linux because not many flight simulator end users use Linux for gaming.



4. FAQ: How to assign controls for advanced addons like PMDG, Aerosoft, FlightFactor, Tollis etc
1. Please contact our technical support team at [email protected] for details regarding these advanced addons. We have presets and profiles saved for our products for all advanced addons. The same can be shared free of cost to customers.



5. FAQ: I have very limited space and or budget, and I want to customize a product which can work for all major aircrafts like C172, B737, A320 etc.
1. We have inhouse designing and manufacturing facilities. Our team can design a specific product to match your space/budget requirements. Do let us know what you want and we will put in all our efforts to deliver the best customized product.



6. FAQ: Same product is available in two prices, what is the difference in product and why so much price difference?
1. All our products are available in 2 variations:
   
   Variation-1: "LITE Series": These panels and components are smaller than the real aircraft size and are usually made with 3D printing technology. Hence affordable prices!
   
   Variation-2: "PRO Series": These panels and components are almost 1:1 in size compared to real aircraft and are usually manufactured using laser cutting & CNC machining with Industrial grade Steel, Polycarbonate and ABS etc. 3D printing is used only for knobs and selected parts. The text on the panels/components are engraved with CNC or laser as in the real aircraft. These panels look very realistic and hence have higher price.
   
   We ensure a balance between Cost & Realism to deliver the best possible product. A very realistic product usually costs more than the LITE Version of the same product.
